So as we all know the main reason to study abroad is to get instagram likes right?! NO. But still, it helps. So how do you get instagram likes in Prague? Well it's pretty easy but below are the top places to snap your "candid" photos.
Now I am sure you all are instagram queens/kings but here are some suggestions:
1. Astronomical Clock
Take your photo on the hour when the four figures surrounding the clock are set in motion. Bonus: if you catch one of the many wedding parties that take pictures in Old Town Square where the tower is.
2. Lennon Wall
This is one of the best back drops you could ask for. Bonus: buy your own paint and snap a shot of you painting your own *~original~* message on the wall.
Look its me! (No we did not paint "we believe in love" but it kind of looks like we did, right?
3. Charles Bridge
This is one of the most recognizable sights in Prague and also one of the most popular. Its difficult to get a photo of just you/just you and friends on the bridge but I believe you.
4. The "craziest night of my life" pic
Usually taken at a club that used to be bunker during the Cold War. These pictures get extra likes if it seems like none of your were posing for the picture. And don't worry: you will have one of the craziest nights of your life in Prague. While there, I was proposed to FOUR times and I am pretty lame. So don't worry.
5. Prague Library
Okay I know, a library?! Seriously Molly?! Are you even cool? Well no, not really so sorry to disappoint but this library doesn't disappoint. I'm pretty sure Walt Disney saw this library and then used it in Beauty and the Beast. Its awesome, its unusual and it will make your insta account stand out. Just trust me okay.
Yeah now you get why I included the library.
I would caution you though: insta likes are nice but nothing really compares to being the moment. You are in one of the best cities in the world. Put the phone down and appreciate it.
